Interested in German company data? You need to come to the Open Data Day this Saturday, March 2, in Berlin – whether you are an investigative journalist, work in anti-money laundering and due diligence, for a bank or even government.

So far, users of the German company data have discovered offshore property ownership, identified addresses used to register thousands of companies, uncovered relationships to organised crime, and much more…and we know that these are only a fraction of the insights available from such an important dataset.

Join OpenCorporates and Open Knowledge Foundation for the company data stream of Open Data Day 2019 – Berlin Edition.

We’ll be analysing the German data, surfacing data quality issues and showing why Germany needs to open up more company register data – OpenCorporates goody bags for all who do something cool with the company data!

Whether you’re a coder, a story teller, or just interested to see what the German data tells us, all skillsets are welcome! All you need to do is register on meetup, and turn up with your laptop.
