In this blog post, we are excited to set out OpenRewards – our total rewards package. It’s our new and improved approach to how we invest in our team as we work together to open up company data.

  • Work when & where suits you (including overseas)
    We value your impact, not your input. That’s why we have no set working hours and enable team members to work when and where suits them – including overseas for limited periods. Everyone works differently and has different commitments – so whatever your situation, we want to enable you to do your best work. But we do encourage clear boundaries and ‘switching off’ at the end of the work day. 
  • Company share options scheme – own a piece of your success
    Our new company share options scheme promotes team ownership of our vision, aligning our team’s interests with those of our shareholders. It also encourages people to commit and grow with us in the long-term. The scheme is available for all permanent team members, regardless of role, seniority or location.
  • Career development
    We support our team members to succeed in their roles, develop personally and grow with us by making sure everyone has a personal development or career plan. As a tech firm with mission and ambition we have exciting business growth plans and that means everyone can grow and develop.

    We’re training our line managers to use the ‘GROW’ model to guide career and development conversations. These regular conversations are for setting a plan in motion for career development and how to make the most of the learning opportunities.

  • 28 days annual leave + bank holidays + more for long service
    We offer a generous annual leave allowance of 28 days per year plus bank holidays and an additional day of leave for each year of service  – which is uncapped. 
  • Personal learning allowance (£1,000 / $1,000) & learning days
    We commit to providing our team with an allowance they can spend on up-skilling themselves and dedicated learning days.

  • Paid time off for life events
    To support our team with the big things that happen in life, we offer paid time off for significant life events. We have kept this broad to embrace different lifestyles and different experiences of significant life events. 
  • Wellbeing training & pledge
    We’re training our line managers to work within our wellbeing pledge: to commit to acknowledging mental health, to treat mental and physical wellbeing equally and to support people to look after their mental wellbeing.
  • Wellbeing allowance scheme
    We provide our team with a wellbeing allowance of up to £300 / $300 that can be used for a wide range of things to aid their wellbeing.
